Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and compile competitive tender submissions including technical proposals and cost estimates
- Conduct site investigations and geotechnical assessments to evaluate project feasibility
- Develop detailed civil and geotechnical engineering solutions aligned with project requirements
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor project progress and provide technical guidance to site operations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations
- Prepare progress reports and documentation for management review
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tendering, site engineering, or civil construction
- Proficient in technical software and engineering tools for calculations and design
- Strong understanding of Singapore construction regulations and codes of practice
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in teams
- Experience with geotechnical investigations and soil analysis preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
