Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and finance departments to gather technical data and cost estimates.
- Develop comprehensive pricing strategies and commercial proposals that align with company profit margins.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Conduct site visits and attend tender briefings to gain a thorough understanding of project scopes.
- Maintain and update a centralized database of historical tender data, cost benchmarks, and vendor quotes.
- Present final bid proposals to senior management and clients, highlighting our value proposition.
- Liaise with external sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in tender and bid management specifically within the engineering or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, industry standard forms of contract, and bidding procedures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple high-pressure deadlines simultaneously.
