We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Tender & Procurement Executive / Senior to join the dynamic team at MCi Career Services. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end procurement lifecycle within the Manufacturing and Transport sectors. You will leverage your expertise to identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers, ensuring that the company receives the best value for money while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
As a key member of our operations team, you will lead the tendering process, from drafting Request for Proposals (RFPs) to evaluating bids and negotiating contracts. Your ability to analyze market trends and optimize supply chain strategies will directly impact our operational efficiency and cost management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of tendering and procurement activities, including RFP preparation, vendor selection, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals, focusing on cost reduction and risk mitigation.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, and budgetary constraints in all purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain accurate records of contracts, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, tendering, or supply chain management, preferably within Manufacturing or Transport & Logistics.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions for data analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
