Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end management of tender/bid processes including research, drafting, and submission
- Optimization of daily sales operations workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Collaboration with technical teams to develop compliant and competitive proposal content
- Maintenance of tender databases and tracking systems for opportunity management
- Preparation of sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Coordination with finance department for costing and contract negotiations
- Implementation of process improvements to reduce response times and increase win rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in tender management or sales operations
- Proven track record of successful bid submissions in competitive markets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex requirements
- Excellent written communication and proposal development abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of Malaysian procurement processes and regulations
