Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive tennis training programs for students of all ages and skill levels
- Conduct regular tennis coaching sessions focusing on technique, strategy, and physical conditioning
- Organize and supervise tennis tournaments, inter-school competitions, and exhibition matches
- Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback to facilitate skill development
- Maintain tennis facilities and equipment in optimal condition for safe training
- Collaborate with other sports coaches to create a cohesive athletic program
- Foster a positive learning environment that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, and respect
- Recruit and develop tennis talent for competitive teams representing the school
Kualifikasi
- Professional tennis coaching certification or equivalent qualification in sports education
- Proven experience coaching tennis to students or young athletes in a structured setting
- Strong knowledge of tennis techniques, rules, training methodologies, and competitive strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse students
- Ability to create engaging training programs suitable for various skill levels
- First aid and CPR certification preferred
- Experience working in an international school or sports academy environment is advantageous
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia for effective communication
