Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and cook authentic Teppanyaki dishes using traditional techniques and premium ingredients
- Perform interactive cooking demonstrations for guests, maintaining entertainment value while ensuring food safety
- Execute precise cooking procedures to achieve optimal flavor, texture, and presentation standards
- Manage inventory of Teppanyaki ingredients and equipment, ensuring quality and availability
- Adhere strictly to hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols in accordance with HACCP standards
- Collaborate with kitchen team to coordinate service timing and maintain operational efficiency
- Train junior staff on Teppanyaki cooking methods and guest interaction protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Teppanyaki or Japanese cuisine preparation
- Proven ability to perform engaging cooking demonstrations in front of guests
- Strong knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Valid food handling and hygiene certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to interact confidently with diverse guests
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Basic understanding of Bahasa Indonesia and English communication
