- Execute comprehensive terminal operations including receiving, put-away, staging, loading, and dispatch activities
- Coordinate dock and staging workflows to optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company protocols at all operational stages
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety awareness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Monitor and report performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years' experience in warehouse or terminal operations
- Forklift certification and proficiency with warehouse management systems
