Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Lead and motivate a team of warehouse operators to achieve performance targets
- Plan and allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and space to optimize efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management through regular cycle counts
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Prepare operational reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse or terminal operations, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in logistics
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
