Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet daily throughput targets and service level agreements.
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and meticulous documentation.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and workplace compliance standards at all times.
- Optimize warehouse layout and picking strategies to improve operational workflow and minimize lead times.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve high-performance benchmarks.
- Manage shipping documentation and ensure all logistical processes align with regional transport regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or terminal supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume logistics environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different departments.
