Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle warehouse terminal operations: receiving, put-away, staging, loading, and dispatch
- Coordinate dock activities and staging areas to optimize operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate inventory records through systematic stock checks and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery targets
- Implement process improvements to enhance terminal productivity
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/terminal operations
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic mathematical skills for inventory management
- Physical ability to lift up to 25kg and work in varying conditions
