Global Terminals and Development Inc. is seeking a dedicated and operationally-driven Terminal Supervisor to join our expanding team at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone. In this critical role, you will be the heartbeat of our terminal operations, ensuring that logistics workflows remain efficient, safe, and aligned with our high standards of service excellence.
As a Terminal Supervisor, you will lead daily operational activities, manage ground personnel, and oversee the seamless transition of goods through our facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily terminal operations to ensure timely and accurate movement of cargo.
- Monitor and manage the performance of shift personnel, providing coaching and operational guidance.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across the terminal area.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external logistics partners to streamline turnaround times.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of terminal activities, equipment status, and inventory throughput.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Prepare regular shift reports and incident documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in terminal, warehouse, or logistics supervision.
- Strong knowledge of port or terminal operational procedures and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Proficient in documentation, report writing, and basic computer systems (MS Office).
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to the Subic Bay Freeport Zone/Zambales area.
