We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Territory Account Supervisor - Modern Trade to join the Dua Kelinci team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and executing effective trade marketing strategies across our key territories: Batam, Samarinda, and Balikpapan. You will serve as the primary leader for your region, overseeing a team of sales professionals and ensuring the successful management of Modern Trade (MT) channels.
As a Territory Account Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our market presence. You will ensure that sales targets are consistently met through rigorous territory planning, effective team management, and the execution of high-impact promotional activities. You will analyze market trends and sales data to optimize product placement and inventory levels, ensuring our products are available where our customers need them most.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the Modern Trade (MT) territory to ensure the achievement of monthly and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
- Execute comprehensive trade marketing plans, including shelf management, POP (Point of Purchase) display, and promotional activities.
- Analyze sales reports, inventory data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address underperformance.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with distributors, key accounts, and retail partners to foster mutual business growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and marketing to resolve operational issues and support field sales initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs, brand standards, and compliance with local regulations within the assigned region.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG sector, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong understanding of Modern Trade (MT) channels and experience managing key accounts.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in analyzing sales data using tools like Excel and CRM systems.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Batam, Samarinda, and Balikpapan.
