In this role, you will be the face of Pilmico in your territory, responsible for cultivating a loyal customer base and driving the growth of our premium flour products. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets for flour products.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new retail and industrial accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product availability.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge training to customers to ensure proper product usage.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market analysis for management review.
  • Collaborate with the distribution and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management at the territory level.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agribusiness, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory (Ormoc and surrounding areas).
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Resilience, high energy, and a strong drive to hit sales targets.
  • A valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
