Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets and market share goals.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned livestock sector.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular farm visits and technical demonstrations to educate customers on Pilmico’s product benefits.
- Collaborate with the regional sales team and marketing department to align on promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in the CRM system.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to optimize our sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the region.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of the livestock industry and animal nutrition principles.
