We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Manager to join our growing team in Kidapawan City. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary face of our company, driving sales growth and fostering long-term relationships within your assigned territory.

As a Territory Manager, you will work closely with clients in the construction, agricultural, and industrial sectors to identify their unique operational needs. You will be responsible for providing expert consultations, delivering tailored equipment recommendations, and ensuring that our clients receive the support necessary to keep their operations running smoothly. If you are a persuasive communicator with a passion for heavy equipment and a drive to exceed sales targets, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our market share within the Kidapawan and Cotabato region.
  • Actively scout and build a pipeline of prospective clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct professional site visits and equipment demonstrations to showcase the value of our machinery.
  • Analyze client requirements to provide accurate technical advice and cost-effective equipment solutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to pivot sales strategies effectively.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets through consistent lead generation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve client inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in industrial sales, heavy equipment, or related B2B sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the local market in Cotabato and surrounding areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools (MS Office/Google Workspace).
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and apply them to customer business needs.
