In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between our organization and our valued clients, helping them find the best heavy equipment solutions to power their projects.

As a Territory Manager, you will spend your days building strong, lasting relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering high-impact product presentations. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and grow the assigned sales territory in Iligan City and Lanao del Norte, identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs, answer inquiries, and recommend optimal heavy equipment solutions.
  • Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales transactions in alignment with company pricing policies and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and after-sales support teams to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and pipeline status to regional management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment, construction materials, or automotive industries.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills in English, Tagalog, and local dialects.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with field sales environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic MS Office applications.
