Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive and achieve individual and team sales targets within the assigned territory to meet quarterly and annual KPIs.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize market share and customer penetration.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a squad of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, doctors, and pharmacists.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Medical Affairs) to ensure alignment on product launches and promotional activities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related B2B sales environment.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
