You'll leverage your industry expertise to identify new opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop innovative sales strategies that align with ADM's global vision of nourishing the world. As an ambassador for our premium agricultural products, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences while maintaining our reputation for excellence in the Asia-Pacific region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
- Train and mentor junior sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Represent ADM at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in FMCG or agricultural sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Fluency in English and local dialects
