- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients in the assigned territory

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial/heavy equipment
- Proven track record in territory management and client retention
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
