- Develop and maintain strategic client relationships across the assigned territory
- Identify equipment needs and propose customized solutions for industrial clients
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical consultations
- Prepare and present sales proposals with competitive pricing strategies
- Collaborate with service teams to ensure seamless post-sale implementation
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Generate and report on sales forecasts and performance metrics
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in heavy equipment or industrial machinery
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Technical aptitude for heavy equipment specifications and applications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
