Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory revenue targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients while actively prospecting for new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular site visits and meetings to understand client operations and provide tailored heavy equipment recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and superior after-sales support.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify gaps and leverage opportunities for growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial machinery sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
