Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of sales experience in heavy equipment or industrial machinery
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for territory travel
- Knowledge of heavy equipment industry standards and regulations
