Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and growth areas
- Promote and sell the company's horticultural seed products to farmers and agricultural businesses
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities in the territory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural or horticultural sector
- Strong knowledge of horticultural products and farming practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the Bantul and surrounding agricultural markets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
