Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key agricultural distributors and retailers
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Train and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge and selling techniques
- Monitor market trends and customer feedback to inform product development
- Coordinate with marketing teams to implement local promotional campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in agricultural sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in territory management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop key client relationships
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent regional travel
