Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets and quotas.
- Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and clinical discussions with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts and medical professionals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and promotional success.
- Prepare accurate reports, forecasts, and expense reports on a regular basis.
- Ensure strict compliance with all company policies, medical regulations, and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or related scientific field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the medical and pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle are mandatory for this role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based environment.
- Result-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
