Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for healthcare and sales? Macropharma Corporation is urgently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Territory Manager to join our growing team in Davao.

As a Territory Manager, you will be the face of our company, responsible for cultivating strong relationships with medical professionals, pharmacists, and hospital administrators. You will play a critical role in expanding our market presence by effectively communicating the benefits of our pharmaceutical portfolio and ensuring our products reach those who need them most.

We are looking for a candidate who is energetic, resilient, and possesses a strong desire to excel in a competitive medical sales environment. If you are a persuasive communicator with a track record of meeting targets, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed territory sales targets.
  • Conduct regular sales visits to doctors, hospitals, and clinics within the Davao area.
  • Deliver professional product presentations to medical stakeholders to influence prescription and usage.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and customer support.
  • Build and nurture long-term professional relationships with key decision-makers in the healthcare industry.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business, or any related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical territory management is preferred; fresh graduates with high potential are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle a busy territory.
  • Must be based in or willing to work extensively within the Davao region.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is an advantage.
