As a key representative of our organization, you will be responsible for driving market growth, building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, and ensuring the accessibility of our pharmaceutical products to the patients who need them most.
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact within your assigned territory. You will manage a portfolio of existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets within the Isabela territory.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacists, and medical institutions to present our product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting professional relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
- Analyze territory market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Organize and facilitate medical product briefings and promotional events for healthcare professionals.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market insights to regional management.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across assigned accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical field representation.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a mobile territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Isabela) regularly.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is highly preferred.
