- Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and agricultural cooperatives
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Provide technical product training and agronomic support to customers
- Monitor sales performance and submit regular activity reports
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute local promotional campaigns
- Ensure effective distribution and visibility of Bayer products in assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Territory Manager in agricultural sector
- Strong understanding of Indonesian agricultural practices and local farming conditions
- Proven track record in sales management and business development
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
