Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Proactively acquire new customers through market penetration and relationship building
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, follow-ups, and collections
- Conduct regular territory assessments to identify market opportunities and challenges
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales performance and collection reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and customer satisfaction
- Implement promotional activities and maintain product visibility in assigned area
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales or collection roles
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with customer focus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for territory coverage
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Bandung Barat area
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English proficiency
