Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and expand sales territory in the Rembang area to achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct regular sales visits to promote company products and services
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and collection summaries
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in the assigned territory
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in sales, collections, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory
- Knowledge of the local market in Rembang and surrounding areas
