Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned territory
- Drive sales of consumer products to retail outlets and distributors
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Manage payment collection processes efficiently and timely
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Prepare regular sales and collection reports for management
- Collaborate with logistics team to ensure smooth product delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of sales or collection experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles for collections
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
- Familiarity with Sukabumi territory is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
