PT Varia Usaha Fabrikasi is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales & Collecting Staff (TSC) to join our team in Singaraja, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Execute daily sales activities to meet or exceed monthly volume targets.
- Manage the end-to-end collection process for assigned accounts, ensuring payments are received according to company policy.
- Conduct regular field visits to identify new market opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, market trends, and collection progress.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in field sales, marketing, or debt collection is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (SIM C) and a reliable personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Singaraja and Buleleng area.
- Disciplined, target-oriented, and reliable with a high level of integrity.
