As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be expected to work independently, managing your own route and sales targets. You will leverage your knowledge of the local market to identify new business opportunities and maximize sales conversion. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and a strong sales drive, with a particular emphasis on outdoor sales activities. A valid driving license is essential, as the role involves driving a company van to visit clients and deliver products efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients to promote products, negotiate deals, and secure new orders.
- Manage product inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely delivery to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM systems.
- Drive company van to navigate sales routes efficiently, ensuring all scheduled visits are completed on time.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and ensure proper display of merchandise at retail outlets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in FMCG or Tobacco sales.
- Valid driving license (Class 3D/3E preferred) and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with the Petaling Jaya area and surrounding regions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and basic CRM software.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.
