Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market penetration for Capsules and Health Ingredients (CHI) within the designated territory.
- Proactively identify and prospect new business opportunities while managing a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to introduce new products and services to existing and prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical and supplement industries.
- Provide technical support and market insights to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions for their product development.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust sales tactics effectively.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Food Technology, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or food ingredient industry.
- Proven track record of success in territory management and business development.
- Deep understanding of the capsules and health ingredient market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable sales plans.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Jakarta region and surrounding areas.
