- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Mindanao
- Identify, prospect, and engage with healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, and specialty centers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design localized promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for regional management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in healthcare or medical devices
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in a territory management role
- Deep knowledge of Mindanao's healthcare landscape and provider networks
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel extensively within Mindanao region
