Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets within the assigned North Luzon territory.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Conduct regular market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on regional campaigns and product launches.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management reports, and territory performance analysis.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a territory management role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel extensively throughout North Luzon.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
