Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets within the Visayas territory.
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business partnerships with healthcare providers and distributors.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including needs analysis, product presentation, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure high retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or territory management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Visayas region.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
