- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and upselling.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Prepare detailed sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to align on product knowledge and sales strategies.
- Track sales activities and provide accurate reporting to management.

Kualifikasi
- College Graduate or Degree Holder in any field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG or Field Sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
