Join Delthin Food & Beverage as a Territory Sales Specialist/Manager and drive our expansion in Vietnam and the Philippines. This strategic role requires a dynamic sales professional to develop robust distributor networks, execute innovative product launches, and penetrate new market segments. You'll be instrumental in establishing brand dominance across two high-growth economies while optimizing sales channels and maximizing revenue opportunities.

As a key growth driver, you'll collaborate with regional teams to implement market-specific strategies, analyze consumer trends, and adapt sales tactics to local preferences. The position offers autonomy to build lasting partnerships with distributors while ensuring our product portfolio meets diverse market demands. Your efforts will directly contribute to Delthin's vision of becoming a leading F&B player in Southeast Asia.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with distributors and key accounts in Vietnam and Philippines
  • Execute end-to-end product launch strategies including market research, positioning, and promotion
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments to expand brand presence
  • Analyze sales performance data and implement corrective actions
  • Train and support distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Monitor competitive landscape and provide actionable market insights
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific campaigns

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with FMCG/F&B background
  • Proven track record in distributor development and channel management
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills for market expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proficiency in English with fluency in Vietnamese or Filipino preferred
  • Experience working in cross-cultural environments
