In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our company within the assigned territory, responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring our products reach their full market potential. You will lead field efforts, mentor junior sales personnel, and implement strategic growth plans to maximize revenue and brand visibility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Butuan City territory.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and service standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key hardware dealers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable feedback to management.
- Manage inventory distribution and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained at partner outlets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for the regional management team.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in hardware, construction materials, or FMCG.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire field sales teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork within the assigned territory.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Butuan City.
