Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise field sales representatives to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the designated territory.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales performance reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Conduct regular field visits to coach team members and ensure high standards of product distribution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders in the region.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely stock availability and delivery to outlets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and conduct presentations on regional performance for upper management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Deep knowledge of the Surakarta and surrounding market landscape.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office suite.
- High analytical skills for evaluating sales trends and territory management.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
