In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a winning sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₱20,000 – ₱25,000 per month.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans for the assigned territory.
- Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular training sessions and coaching to enhance team skills.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales supervision or territory management (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market in Iloilo.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines under pressure.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
