- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with regional objectives

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and retail partners
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in retail/hardware sector
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Iloilo market dynamics and customer preferences
