- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the assigned territory
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Deep understanding of the Iloilo market and customer preferences
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
