Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the Southern Cebu territory.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure high productivity and service standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage key client accounts, fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular field visits to evaluate performance and provide on-the-spot coaching to the sales force.
- Analyze weekly and monthly sales data to prepare accurate reports and forecasts for management.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless product delivery and fulfillment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in sales supervision or territory management, preferably within the hardware, construction, or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the Southern Cebu market landscape and local business networks.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
