- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to maximize revenue and market share within the Tacloban territory.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Performance Monitoring: Prepare and analyze regular sales reports, forecasts, and inventory levels to track performance and optimize stock availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the logistics and marketing teams to align promotional activities and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Field Operations: Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets and construction sites to assess needs and provide on-site support.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role within the hardware, construction, or retail industry.
