You will be responsible for creating an inclusive, engaging, and hands-on classroom and workshop environment that encourages continuous learning, critical thinking, and professional growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality competency-based training (CBT) in accordance with TESDA standards and training regulations.
- Develop and update session plans, competency assessment tools, and instructional materials.
- Facilitate hands-on laboratory exercises and workshops to ensure practical skills acquisition.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record trainees' progress and performance throughout the program.
- Prepare candidates thoroughly for TESDA National Assessment and Certification exams.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and productive learning environment in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
- Submit accurate and timely student grades, attendance reports, and other administrative documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a holder of a National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC I) in a relevant qualification.
- Must possess the corresponding National Certificate (NC II, III, or IV) for the program to be taught.
- Proven experience as a technical-vocational trainer, instructor, or industry practitioner.
- Strong understanding of the TESDA competency-based curriculum development and assessment system.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Tiwi, Albay.
- A passionate, patient, and student-centric approach to mentoring and education.
