WeSupport is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Analyst to join our growing team in Bonifacio Global City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, reliability, and performance of our banking software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to validate requirements, design comprehensive test plans, and execute testing strategies that mitigate risk and deliver high-quality software to our clients.
As a Test Analyst, you will act as a quality gatekeeper, identifying defects early in the development lifecycle and collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform regression testing to verify that fixes do not introduce new defects.
- Conduct manual and automated testing for banking applications and web portals.
- Participate in sprint planning meetings and daily stand-ups to provide testing insights.
- Ensure all testing processes adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Test Analyst or Quality Assurance Specialist.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including Black Box and White Box testing.
- Familiarity with banking domain concepts is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using defect tracking systems and testing tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of SQL is a significant advantage.
