Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise end-to-end testing and commissioning processes for all elevator installations.
- Conduct comprehensive safety inspections and performance audits to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Manage technical escalations regarding Preventive Maintenance System (PMS) failures or complex mechanical issues.
- Coordinate with installation teams and subcontractors to resolve technical bottlenecks efficiently.
- Document all test results, commissioning reports, and safety certifications for project handover.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians regarding safety protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ensure all elevator operations meet local and international safety codes (e.g., ASME, EN standards).
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical quality assurance on-site.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent technical certification).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the elevator or escalator industry, specifically in testing and commissioning.
- Strong understanding of elevator control systems, drive technologies, and safety circuitry.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills in English and Filipino.
