Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate all elevator testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians during testing procedures and commissioning processes
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing plans for various elevator systems
- Document test results, prepare detailed commissioning reports, and maintain accurate records
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during testing and commissioning phases
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Train team members on testing methodologies, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Stay updated with industry regulations and technological advancements in elevator systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in elevator testing, commissioning, or related maintenance
- Strong knowledge of local and international elevator safety standards and regulations
- Proven leadership abilities with experience managing technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing
- Valid certification in elevator technology or related field is preferred
